Privacy, in plain language.

This Privacy Policy explains how LiveScape, an Android live-wallpaper app by TimeFish, handles information when you use the app and this website.

Effective and last updated: September 21, 2026

No account required

LiveScape does not require you to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, or contact list to use the current app experience.

Information stored on your device

The app stores preferences and app state locally, including favorites, recently viewed wallpapers, wallpaper brightness choices, selected wallpaper information, cached content, completed premium wallpaper unlocks, and whether certain hints or install-referrer actions have already been handled. Android backup is disabled for LiveScape app data. You can remove this local data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Content and network requests

LiveScape connects to TimeFish content hosting to retrieve app configuration, wallpaper catalogs, images, videos, and animated share previews. The hosting provider and network infrastructure may process standard request data such as IP address, device/browser information, requested URL, and timestamps for delivery, security, and operational logging. LiveScape does not require private cloud-storage credentials on your device.

Analytics and crash diagnostics

LiveScape uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand general app interactions and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and meaningful unexpected failures. Depending on the service and device configuration, this may include app version, device and operating-system information, coarse technical diagnostics, event names, crash traces, and contextual app state such as a non-sensitive wallpaper or collection identifier. LiveScape does not intentionally send wallpaper URLs containing private credentials, advertising IDs through Firebase Analytics, or information that directly identifies you.

Firebase services are provided by Google. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and the Firebase privacy information.

Advertising and consent choices

Selected Pro wallpapers can be unlocked through an optional Google AdMob rewarded-ad flow. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and other data described by Google to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Ad availability can vary by region, consent status, device, and inventory.

LiveScape uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required and to expose privacy choices when Google reports that the option is required. Choices may affect whether ads can be requested or personalized. You can reopen available privacy choices from the app. For more detail, see Google's advertising policies.

Sharing and links

When you choose Share, LiveScape prepares a public wallpaper preview, image, or text link and hands it to Android's Sharesheet. The app does not choose or control the receiving app. Shared links contain public wallpaper identifiers and versions so LiveScape can open the correct wallpaper. If the app is not installed, the landing page may send those public parameters to Google Play through the Play Install Referrer mechanism for deferred navigation after installation.

Permissions and access

LiveScape uses internet access to load content and Google services, wake-lock capability required by included service dependencies, Android's live-wallpaper service access to render a wallpaper selected by you, and temporary read-only content URI grants when you explicitly share media. It does not request broad photo-library or storage access for normal sharing.

Retention and control

Local preferences and cached files remain until the app replaces or cleans them, you clear app storage, or you uninstall LiveScape. Analytics, crash, advertising, consent, hosting, and Play referrer data are retained under the applicable service provider's settings and policies. You can decline an optional rewarded-ad flow, adjust available privacy choices, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Children

LiveScape is a general-audience personalization app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through the app. If you believe information from a child has been handled in error, use the developer contact shown on LiveScape's Google Play listing.

Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable technical measures, including HTTPS connections and narrowly scoped Android sharing, but no networked service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when LiveScape or its service providers change; the date above will identify the current version. For privacy questions, use the developer contact provided on the LiveScape Google Play listing.

In short: no LiveScape account is required; your favorites, recents, unlocks, and brightness choices are local; content is downloaded over the network; and Google services support diagnostics, optional rewarded ads, consent, and deferred app-link handling.
